What should you prepare for a cleanroom project?
Floor area alone does not define a cleanroom. Share the following information to agree the design, enclosure, HVAC and handover scope.
Share your cleanroom project brief- Use and processes
- Industry, production processes, occupancy and movement of people and materials.
- Dimensions and location
- Layout, area, clear height, address and existing building conditions.
- Environmental targets
- Target cleanliness class and its basis, if defined; process-specific temperature, humidity and pressure requirements.
- Scope boundaries
- Panels, openings, installation, design, HVAC, commissioning and acceptance can all be provided by KWD under the contract.
- Schedule and handover
- Target occupancy, site readiness, test methods and acceptance documents to agree.
A quotation follows the agreed scope and parameters, not a single per-m² rate for every facility. Cleanliness classifications, certification and compliance require project-specific requirements and verification.

No. Panels, openings, installation, design, HVAC, commissioning and project acceptance can all be delivered directly by KWD within the agreed contract scope.
02Why is floor area alone insufficient for a cleanroom price?+
Processes, environmental targets, layout, HVAC and scope affect the quotation. Share drawings, dimensions, room functions and location to discuss the actual requirements.
03Does every project achieve the same cleanliness class or certification?+
No. Targets, test methods and acceptance criteria must be agreed for each project. Project acceptance is not government approval or third-party certification.
04Can I view site documentation?+
The related resources include medical-industry project footage and on-site explanations. These show spaces and equipment, not a cleanliness-class test report.
